This plan is based on 13 points:
1. Make an accurate assessment of your
property with a written analysis of comparables sold in the area. This makes it easier to convince a buyer of the
value of your project.
2. Do a very detailed tour of your
property with you to identify the small details that need to be corrected to
maximize their value.
3. Check the ability of the buyer to
obtain a mortgage loan to avoid costly delays for the developer when a client
books an apartment. In positive cases, I refer them to my mortgage broker.
4. Provide potential buyers with
specific newsletters to answer all their questions about real estate.
5. To make you benefit at all times from
my support team who, in addition to our marketing consultants, includes:
mortgage broker, inspector, notary, etc. Such a team allows us to stay
available while maintaining a personalized service.
6. Prepare a color and photo
registration form that will promote and differentiate the presentation of your
project and answer questions from potential buyers.
7. Quickly install the sign on your land
indicating the phone number where you can reach me.
8. Organize a caravan: visit reserved for agents of all brokers working in the
sector. These caravans take place on Tuesday morning and can last 1 hour. This allows you to present your project to the
